At TDI Productions you will deal with one person who has the knowledge to guide you through the process and the authority to implement your desires, the Director. You will have input at every stage of your project's development through online previews of video as it is being edited. One of the key ways TDI consistently produces projects for thousands less than the competition is by allowing timely input from the client. This minimizes wasted time and costly re-edits.

Guarantee reasonable pricing and delivery dates before filming begins

Because we are a focused, low-volume production company we pledge in writing that your project will receive top-priority service and a guaranteed price and delivery date. On average we save organizations 10%-30% on projects by understanding their target and hitting it accurately the first time.

Guarantee price protection on future project updates

As your organization grows and changes over the years, you may wish to update your project to keep the information current. When this time comes, TDI will provide the video, photography, editing and other services you need at the same hourly rate you originally paid for your project so long as the new piece retains 75% of its original content. The only exceptions to this guarantee apply to "special" segments such as aerial or underwater shots and other extraordinary items such as 3D animation; these are always billed at market rate.

Never charge fees or place restrictions on the future use of your footage

Many organizations spend thousands of dollars on video and photography only to find that they do not have unrestricted rights to the final product. At TDI Productions you have no restrictions, period. So long as the footage is not re-sold, it may be used in any of your other projects and applications regardless of whether TDI Productions is involved in those projects.

Assist you in developing and presenting effective and realistic concepts, scripts, production plans and schedules for your media project 

TDI Productions will assist you in not only developing your media concept, but in packaging and presenting it to boards, donors or partner organizations. TDI is able to assist you in packaging your concept in a way which will inform decision makers and inspire them to act. Director Christopher Smith regularly makes himself available to attend public and private meetings to explain the benefits of proposed productions and the process which brings them to fruition.
